Clinton: We Didn't Need Richardson Anyway

after clinton worked so hard to get new mexico governor's bill richardson's endorsement, richardson endorsed obama. and a brave endorsement it was.
then the clinton camp said they didn't need it anyway. what does this say about clinton's character? it seems immature.
i can't imagine obama actually soliciting the endorsement of a candidate and then belittling such an important endorsement if he didn't get it. it's just not his style.
but this little episode gets to the heart of why clinton is politics as usual. she says and does whatever she has to do to win despite the cost. it's gross politics.
