On the SoCal TV show News Conference, Shepard, the maker of the iconic red and black Obama poster, is a big fan of Obama. He says he usually does political art but he's usually criticizing.
The Obama poster, a signed one is apparently going for thousands on eBAy, was created to promote Obama, obviously. Though, some wingnuts have suggested there is a communist and even a devilish meaning.
Shepard also wore an Obama poster pin on his tee shirt. Nice touch.
