Ryan has backed more than one "forcible rape" (Akin's "legitimate rape") bill.
Ryan teamed with Akin on an anti-abortion bill. The only reason Akin (on the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology, if you can believe that) is getting so much grief from republicans is because it's an election year, and Akin could cost them control of the Senate.
