Gordon Brown Interview Sept. 23

Brian Williams kind of embarrasses himself suggesting that Obama snubbed Brown, who's in New York for the United Nations gathering. Why would Obama spend time with Brown when the UK is the least of any of the world's problems? The media is always trying to create drama. Williams must've been reading the British press.

Obama on Smerconish: Republicans Decided Early On to Fight Health Reform

Obama, who appeared on the Michael Smerconish show today, guarantees health reform. He also says he'd like republicans to be engaged but believes that GOP leaders decided early on to politically fight healthcare reform to avoid giving Obama a victory. He commends some republicans who are working on reform.
