The backing of gay marriage is politically risky for Obama. California's decision to ban gay marriage is proof that polls are mostly wrong on this issue. A lot of religious people -- and not just the rabid conservative religious types -- are against same-sex marriage. I was of the mind that Obama should win the election first and then back gay marriage. We all knew he was for it anyway. But some things are worth more than elections. This video proves it (although, a Romney presidency would undo all that Obama has done, and that would be very sad).
