State of the Union Won't Air During Lost Premiere

Update: the state of the union will be Jan. 27

This apparently is really good news for some people who were worried that Obama's State of the Union speech would happen during Lost's premiere. I've never seen one episode of Lost but I think I'm going to have to check it out.
Robert Gibbs announced this at his press briefing today, in response to a reporter's question. Gibbs didn't say when the State of the Union will be, this month or next. He said it will be "soon." I'll post video of the briefing later.
The briefing was a wee bit weird.
A reporter said Obama wasn't doing enough press conferences when it wasn't so long ago, reporters were saying Obama was over exposed. A reporter asked why we're wasting our money on climate conferences given all the cold weather we're having. We need to do a better job enlightening certain folks that global warming also means climate changes such as wildfires, flooding, cold weather... The same reporter also asked a question about the hospital where Obama was "reportedly born." I'm not sure who the reporter was, but I don't think it was a Fox reporter.
Also, if you've ever wondered who sits where in the briefing room, here is a chart. The White House press corps' seating is subjective and not based on any seniority, except for Helen Thomas, who sometimes appears to be asleep in the front row. She is honored for her tenure.
