Obama's Schedule Jan. 5

Following a meeting with intelligence officials, cabinet members and others (see the list), Obama will speak at 4 pm eastern today. His remarks, which will outline counterterrorism reforms, will be live streamed at WhiteHouse.gov and probably cnn.com and msnbc.com. Update-Live stream:
