At a stop in Columbus, Ohio, Santorum said: "It's not about you, it's not about your quality of life, it's not about your jobs. It's about some phony ideal, some phony theology. Oh, not a theology based on the Bible, a different theology." PoliticoWith no hyperbole intended, Santorum is a radical who interprets the Bible literally, and though he's well meaning, he is a menace to society. He thinks of himself as the moral and spiritual arbiter, which makes him the opposite. Santorum is not unlike any religious fundamentalist. They make the world a miserable place for the masses.
Santorum's theology that man has dominion over the earth doesn't take into consideration ecology and how everything on the planet is related. You can't just strip the earth of natural resources with poisonous processes without any consequences. That's why we have clean air, clean water and other environmental laws. Without them, business would only be focused on profit. Business wouldn't regulate themselves out of the goodness of their hearts.
Freudian slip? I think the Santorum team spends a lot of time discussing "radical Islamic policies:"
