Obama said he's counting on republicans to finish healthcare:
President Barack Obama doesn’t seem to think much about the prospects of Democrats moving health care legislation on their own at this point. He said today that he is counting on Republican support.
Obama was asked during a YouTube-sponsored Q&A session whether the 40 million (actually 46 million) uninsured will get insurance this year. “The 40 million people who have no insurance can’t wait,” the questioner said.
The president replied that they are “extremely close” and then said he was hoping for Republicans to finish the job. WSJ
