Obama Speaks on Energy Jobs Feb. 16

Obama tours a local job training center tomorrow and will speak at 11:05 eastern on energy jobs. There will be an audio stream at WhiteHouse.gov.
Later in the day, Obama has meetings with the HUD secretary Shaun Donovan, EPA administrator Lisa Jackson and Robert Gates.
