At about the 13 minute mark, Jay Carney answers Jake Tapper on the Catholic Church complaint: There has been misstatements, he said. No individual will be required to be prescribe or use contraception. It doesn't force a Catholic doctor to prescribe contraception, for example. It only requires employers to provide insurance that covers contraception.
