Obama To Sign Bill Repealing DADT Dec. 22

At 9:15 am eastern on Wednesday, Obama will speak and sign the bill that repeals DADT. I suspect by then START may be ratified and Obama may be on his way to Hawaii to join his family in their annual Christmas vacation.
