Scott Brown to Vote for START Treaty Ratification
Mitch McConnell, Jon Kyl and Jim DeMint are still playing just-say-no politics. But if moderate republican (normal) Sen. Scott Brown is an aye, then there is likely enough republicans to ratify the treaty. Brown also supported the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell:
