In his weekly address, Obama urges the ratification of the START treaty, which is something that ordinary Americans could care less about because they don't know enough to know better. Some republicans support START. Colin Powell came out strong for START, but it seems some republicans--Jon Kyl and Jim DeMint -- can't help themselves.
