Obama Congratulates Sebelius Quickly Sworn in

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was confirmed and quickly sworn in today, following much dithering by the republicans, worried that Sebelius was too much of an advocate for Obama's healthcare plan and not anti-abortion.
