Obama's Speech to CIA

Obama thanks the CIA and says Leon Panetta is a strong leader. Obama gets an Amen when he says that the CIA doesn't get credit often because its actions have to stay secret. He then talks about the torture memos. What makes the U.S. different is we uphold our ideals even when it's hard, Obama said.

My hope is the U.S. never tortures again. This means we have to keep electing a democratic president or wait for the enlightenment of the republican party, which could take decades if they're not gone in the next decade. I think we're seeing the rise of the Tea Party.
