Hate Monger Corsi Detained in Kenya

Jerome Corsi, wingnut hero and Obama hater, has been detained in Kenya for not having a work permit and may be deported. He had the audacity to go to Kenya to promote his anti-Obama book. Kenya is where Obama's father was born. Corsi, who may as well wear a white sheet, is the bottom of the barrel. The McCain party has become the ugly party and this is what they're promoting and encouraging.
AP: NAIROBI, Kenya - The American author of a best-selling book attacking Barack Obama as unfit for the presidency was being deported from Kenya on Tuesday, a criminal investigations official said.

Jerome Corsi, who wrote "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," was picked up by police Tuesday for not having a work permit, said Carlos Maluta, a senior immigration official in charge of investigations.

He was briefly detained at immigration headquarters before being brought to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for deportation, said Joseph Mumira, head of criminal investigations at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

It was not immediately clear when he would fly out. A message left on Corsi's mobile phone was not returned.

Obama spokesman Bill Burton said the campaign had no comment.

Corsi had been scheduled to launch his book Tuesday in Kenya, where the Democratic U.S. presidential candidate is wildly popular. Obama's late father, whom he barely knew, was a Kenyan economist and the candidate is considered by many Kenyans as a native son. Minibuses are emblazoned with his picture and vendors sell T-shirts bearing his image.

McCain to Get Nastier

Take a look at Think Progress, where they track McCain's numerous lies.
McCain's aide Steve Schmidt says here on out McCain is going to say that Obama is going to make everything all bad. I'm sure that the covert Obama smear machine will kick into overdrive as well.
WaPo:
Schmidt said the campaign will press two arguments as forcefully as possible in the coming days. One is that Obama is not ready to be commander in chief and that, in a time of two wars, "his policies will make the world more dangerous and America less secure." Second, he said, McCain will argue that, in a time of economic crisis, Obama will raise taxes and spending and "will make our economy worse."

Obama signaled yesterday that his focus will be on painting McCain as out of touch on the economy. Appearing at a rally in Greensboro, N.C., Obama ripped into his rival's remarks about the economy during the debate -- but more for what McCain didn't say.

"The truth is, through 90 minutes of debating, John McCain had a lot to say about me, but he had nothing to say about you. He didn't even say the words 'middle class.' Didn't say the words 'working people,' " Obama told a cheering crowd of about 20,000 people on a rainy morning. He later appeared in Fredericksburg, Va., and spoke at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation dinner in Washington. [Story, A14.]

The middle-class omission also is the subject of an Obama television ad that the campaign rolled out yesterday, asserting: "McCain doesn't get it. Barack Obama does."

Coulter Smears Obama as Satan

I kid you not.
I got this in my inbox -- it's an ad from way conservative columnist Ann Coulter -- "Obama: Lucifer is my homeboy."
It's the title of her new column and it's no wonder that people are afraid of Obama. Oddly enough, her column is supporting Palin as a religious Goddess, while bashing Obama as Lucifer's best bud.
Wingnut strategy is to call everyone else who isn't a wingnut a liberal-- that includes MSNBC. Then they cast liberals as nonreligious and evil and therefore, the enemy. Politics is an interesting study of psychology. From what I've learned, it seems extreme conservatives, or neocons, have a giant fear gene and they need an enemy to fight, which is why it seems like they're raring for war. They are! They'll take any kind of war that they can get. It makes them feel like they're right and righteous.
Reading Coulter's column is like tapping into a twisted mind.
Here's some of what she wrote:
Human Events: First of all, people who say "faith tradition" instead of "religion" are always phony-baloney, "Christmas and Easter"-type believers.

Second, Jesus was making almost the exact opposite point, saying: "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on Earth," where there are moths, rust and thieves, but in heaven, because, Jesus said, "where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

I guess that's the kind of mix-up that can happen when your theological adviser is Naomi Wolf.
.....snip....
Even liberals eventually figured out that they shouldn't be praising Satan in public, so the Lucifer-as-inspiration paragraph was cut from later editions of Alinsky's book. (But on the bright side, MSNBC adopted as its motto: "Who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins -- or which is which.")

That's exactly what happens to most Democratic ideas -- as soon as they are said out loud, normal people react with revulsion, so Democrats learn to pretend they never said them: I was NOT comparing Palin to a pig! I did not play the race card! I did not say I would meet with Ahmadinejad without preconditions!

Selling Obama Hate for Profit

Doron BraunShtein, owner of a small boutique in New York, apparently hates Obama so much -- he says he's bad for the Jews -- that he's made some awful t-shirts to sell in his store.

I'll let you look at the video below and decide for yourself. The guy looks pretty happy with himself.

It's interesting that the folks who don't like Obama really hate him in a visceral manner. I understand the person who opposes his policies, the republican, who simply doesn't believe in Obama's stands on issues. I can respect that. But there are few of those kinds of people.

Mostly, the people who oppose Obama are nasty, accusatory and if I had to guess why, I'd say Obama draws out their deep-rooted bigotry. I also know that many Americans flat out hate Muslims and they keep insisting that Obama's a Muslim.

Some Americans are so uneducated that they don't the difference between a terrorist and a Muslim. It's no wonder the world laughs at America's lack of knowledge about world affairs. And yes, we should care about what the world thinks because we all have to live here together without blowing each other up.

These people would deny that they're bigoted of course, because they see it in another way, through their narrow world view.

I don't like McCain much. I think he's all wrong for what America needs NOW. But I don't hate him. I wouldn't call his wife nasty names. I wouldn't accuse him of not being eligible to run for president because he was born in the Panama Canal. I wouldn't make up lies. I wouldn't photoshop posters of him with devil horns. I wouldn't insist he was the anti Christ. I wouldn't curse him or call him anything other than perhaps "silly" or "desperate." I don't even call him McLame or McSame. I have a certain amount of respect for the man.

But these people who hate Obama are downright disgusting. I'm tired of it. I'm tired of people saying things on the Internet they would never say in a face to face conversation. These people must be rotting on the inside. Why don't they boost their candidate--  he could really use some help-- instead of spending so much time smearing Obama.

I've heard many people hated Martin Luther King Jr. and they also hated Robert F. Kennedy. I guess true leaders draw out the best in people and the worst.

It was Martin Luther King who said "Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that." So, with that advice, it looks like the thing to do is ignore these folks because they know no better.

I hope Manhattan folks put this guy out of business

Obama's Arab Tendencies and His Aim to Kill Live Babies

Welcome to Dumb America!!!!
This is why Obama needs all the money he can scrape up, because many Americans are just dumb.
Oh, how I hate saying that. It sounds so judgmental. But how else to put it? I've heard "low information" voters, but let's face it, that means dumb.
It's ironic that these sentiments, expressed by Joy in this video, always come from Christians. Joy was informed by Concerned Women for America, who say they adhere to the Biblical principles. I've never read anywhere that Jesus spread hate. It befuddles me how their minds could be so.... limited. Poor them.
These people's voices must be drowned out this election. They can't bring us another four years of misery under McCain. A big Amen to that.

What the hell is an "arab tendency?"
