Much hullabaloo has been made about Obama's SCOTUS remarks, as if no republican has ever criticized the courts. Obama also criticized SCOTUS on the Citizens United decision. Frankly, I once was naive to think SCOTUS could make decisions without being politically biased.
The fact is the court skews conservative and if we don't want more conservative justices on the court, we need to elect a democrat.
