Secret CIA Program Formed Hit Squads

The more that comes out about the Bush administration, the stomach turning. I think Bush-Cheney were either scared out of their wits and didn't know what to do, so they went to extremes, or they were ruthless and wanted to skirt laws so they could do things the easy way.
