The republicans are making it known, as if we haven't heard them whine enough, that they don't like this bill. They said they weren't allowed to participate. Well, why were Olympia Snowe, Arlen Specter and Susan Collins allowed to participate? Maybe because they did. They participated. Anyway, the bill passed the house (7 dems against and all republicans against) and a vote is expected in the senate tonight.
