Obama's traveling to Denver Feb. 17 and Phoenix Feb. 18 to talk about the stimulus and outline his plan to prevent home foreclosures. By then, republican moaning and groaning and spectacular theatrics will have subsided (maybe) and the bill will have passed.
So why the trip?
Obama may not have the left or the right but he has the majority of the American people with him, the people in the middle, so he's going to rally them and make the stimulus work. That's what I'm thinking.
