The more I think about it, it's not religious extremists making everyone miserable, it is conservative ideologies around the world. "Religious extremist" is an oxymoron. If you're an extremist, you're not religious. Conservative ideologues are just hell-bent on pursuing their own extreme agenda, no matter what the cost.
