What do you know? Romney supports the reform measures of Arne Duncan, Obama's Secretary of Education. One very big difference between Romney and Obama on education is Romney doesn't believe in much federal funding of education. He repeated that several times. Another, is that Romney demonizes teacher unions.
The last question came from a student, who first told Mitt he wrote a book on education, and then he asked Mitt about standardized testing and kids' voices in his administration.
Mitt didn't listen. If Obama heard from a kid who said he wrote a book, Obama would've commented on that. Mitt went on and on and on like a drone and lectured the kid about how he'll have to take tests throughout his life. Mitt's answer to that one question illustrated Mitt's style. He doesn't appear to be able to take in new information. He can't hear what he doesn't believe in. His mind is generally closed.
