Here's Obama's partial speech at a fundraiser in Cleveland. He nailed it. It's a matter of how we pay down the debt -- on the backs of the poor and the middle class, or by having the wealthier pay their fair share. No one got rich without exploiting someone, which is often necessary in the early stages of business. These days, exploitation is rampant as top corporate executives keep the money circulating at the top by paying themselves extravagantly, while average incomes of regular people isn't keeping up with the times. Republicans seem to completely ignore the FACT that Wall Street brought down our entire economy and devastated the lives of many people. Enough of catering to corporate interests. They know how to excel. They know how to get. They don't need handouts. Our government should be the government of the people, by the people and for the people, not corporations. Mitt Romney has it all wrong. Corporations are not people.
