Department of Justice's Eric Holder is headed to the Gulf Coast today to meet with federal prosecutors. That means BP could face criminal charges. Obama reiterates that BP will pay economic injury claims. Obama says all means of containing the leaks will be pursued until the relief wells take over (which is expected to be in August). Obama says the commission will investigate what led to the spill and recommend reforms.
