BP says it won't be paying any dividends this year. Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg apologizes and says it is doing an independent investigation to determine the root cause of the rig explosion.
On Obama, Svanberg says Obama is frustrated "because he cares about the small people." Svanberg says BP cares about the small people too.
