Hoyer and Boehner on This Week June 13

Regarding Obama's letter on $50 billion in funding to local, state governments, Steny Hoyer says there is spending fatigue, but the economy needs to be stimulated. I'd like to see what happens without spending. Odd bird Boehner says Americans are screaming "stop" and I think more and more, that's true. So let's stop.
If a spending freeze drops this nation into a depression, so be it. We're living more and more in a dog eat dog culture, only the fittest (those with the most money) survive. In reality, the opposite is true. If you don't care for your most vulnerable, all of the dogs get eaten. No one wins.
Boehner wants to lift the liability cap on BP. Excellent. That means it should be a done deal.
