Weiner Explains Opposition to Stupak Amendment

No insurance policy sold in the federally-funded insurance exchange would fund an abortion. A woman who has insurance through the exchange could still get an abortion. She would just need to pay for it on her own. It looks like the abortion issue could kill healthcare.
