Jane Harman Against Troop Surge in Afghanistan

Rep. Jane Harman says Afghanistan election was a sham and that new ballots are being printed for a redo. She also says Gen. Stanley McChrystal is behaving unusually. But Obama is patient and collected and he is not going to be forced by McChrystal's manipulations in the media (she says it much more tactfully than that).
