Michelle Obama Speaks on Healthcare Reform Sept. 18

Michelle Obama tells the story about Sasha's early trip to the emergency room:

From the Office of the First Lady:
Mrs. Obama will amplify the President's message on the need for health insurance reform and its impact on women and families by participating in an event featuring stories about women and families affected by the current health care system. The First Lady will deliver remarks. This 11:00 AM event will be pooled press and located in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. Via Politico.
Today, Jake Tapper wonders if Obama is over exposed--again. It also appears that he was snubbed by the White House in Obama's media blitz this weekend. (Watch Jake Tapper here) That's probably because ABC (Terry Moran) not only tweeted Obama's remarks about Kanye but also gave the audio, or leaked the audio, to TMZ, which is now becoming the standard in journalism. Once TMZ had it, it went out to all media outlets yesterday. ABC will probably never get to hear any off-the-cuff remarks or personal remarks from Obama again because ABC violated the off-the-record ethic.
On overexposure, the White House is right. Half of the country is oblivious to what's going on in health reform or only has a sketchy idea. Obama has to continue to hammer home factual information because the information that many people have is simply garbage.
