Another conservative bites the dust. California Assemblyman Mike Duvall, representing the city of Brea in the staunch area of Orange County (same place where birther queen Orly Taitz and death pastor Wiley Drake are from), talks about spanking a lobbyist and other sexual shenanigans while a mic is still on. Of course he didn't know the mic was on. He received excellent ratings on "family values" and spankings.
