There is no excuse for Representative Jackson Lee, who answers her phone while Tracy Miller is asking a question. People like Jackson Lee don't help the situation, but obviously, Tracy Miller was not open to have her mind changed. She believes the reform being proposed is socialism. I think Sen. Claire McCaskill ought to be giving Congress a seminar on how to communicate and listen to people.
Jackson Lee doesn't even try to defend herself. Rather she babbles as Rick Sanchez tries to get her to answer. She sounds like she's full of beans.
