Olympia Snowe on Health Care Bipartisanship

I prefer bipartisanship but republicans are so opposed to health care reform (they say they're only opposed to a public option but I question that) that it needs to get done with or without them. Only trouble is are all democrats on board?
Obama met with Sen. Olympia Snowe today. She says the bill needs more time for bipartisanship, but is bipartisanship worth it?
