Obama will give the commencement speech for the graduating class of the New Economic School tomorrow. But Russians aren't as fond of Obama as say, the Brits or the Germans. He will deliver the speech 3:15 am eastern time--if you're up. I'll post video when it's available.Prior to his speech, Obama is meeting with Vladimir Putin and later with Mikhail Gorbachev. That's a pretty hefty schedule.
