The event is free and open to the public; tickets are not required but an RSVP is encouraged. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking is available at the following Youngstown State University public lots: R-1 (off Elm St.), M-1 (on Wick Ave.), and M-2 (on 5th Ave.). A handicapped-accessible shuttle will be run from R-1; all lots are handicapped-accessible. Parking will be free and open to public.

For security reasons, do not bring bags. Please limit personal items. No signs or banners allowed.
