Obama Slams New Yorker Cover

The New Yorker is typically an intelligent magazine but they crossed the line. No one needs to satirically depict right wingers. They ARE satire and most people understand that. Magazine sales are suffering so perhaps they're looking for a new audience.
Daily News: Barack Obama's campaign lashed out Sunday at the editors of The New Yorker magazine for a cartoon cover that depicts the Democratic candidate and his wife as fist-bumping terrorists.
The magazine's editor described the cartoon, called "The Politics of Fear," as satire. The Obama campaign called it "tasteless and offensive."

McCain agreed it is tasteless.
