This is Our Moment This is Our Time

tomorrow, i definitely buy the paper.

here are some of the highlights of presumptive democratic nominee's barack obama's speech in minnesota.

obama thanked his family first and then his grandmother in hawaii, who can’t travel. he dedicated the night to her.
obama praised hillary. he said that he’s a better candidate for having to compete with hillary clinton.
he said she would be central to the fight for universal healthcare.
will she play a role in obama's administration? can't he appoint her to be the healthcare guru?
then he moved on to mccain. “i respect his many accomplishments even if he chooses to deny mine.”
he went on to talk about how mccain and bush are so alike. mccain can't really deny that. i guess that's why he's borrowed obama's change message.
obama said change is not something mccain can claim.
he talked of bringing the country together. he said this campaign and the party: “won’t use religion as a wedge and patriotism as a bludgeon.”
“America this is our moment. This is our time.” for new ideas, new energy, new direction.
“We can look back and say this was the moment”
and then he went on to list the things that will get done -- ending the war, healthcare...
