Blue Dog Dems Playing Political Games?
I don't have a problem with the so-called fiscally conservative blue dogs. I'm a fiscal conservative myself. What I oppose is their open criticism of Obama (a democrat (in case they forgot)) and their public struggle for power. Geraldine Ferraro Caught Being Stupid
update from the obama camp
former vice presidential nominee (she lost and is obviously still seething) and clinton supporter, geraldine ferraro said this:
CNN
really people. first a black man doesn't stand a chance of being president and now he's going to be president because he's black? we really need to have a frank discussion about racism in this country. again, the reaffirmation that fancy title, power people (hello eliot spitzer, wow did you let people down) do, say, and think really stupid things.
it seems that any woman who makes an argument for clinton is essentially saying that clinton should win because she's a woman and a woman at long last deserves to be president. yes, she's a woman but she's one who's of the political system, a conniving, win-at-all-costs, distract-from- the-issues, woman.

And if he was a woman he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept." the rest
