Pay attention at the last part. Under Ryan's plan guess who gets a net tax cut and guess who has to pay more. Romney says he's going to release his own budget, which in reality will be a version of Ryan's budget. Simply choosing Ryan means Romney doesn't have that choice. He's now at the mercy of conservatives/tea party. Mitt did what he had to do to because republicans weren't that into him.
