Church and Soccer for the Obama Family July 17
President Barack Obama took advantage of a balmy D.C. morning Sunday to walk with his family to a nearby church service, saying along the way he would “absolutely” be watching the U.S. women’s soccer team play in the World Cup final later.
“Go U.S.A.!” the president said when asked it he’d be watching the U.S. play Japan in Frankfurt, Germany, a match the U.S. is heavily favored to win. It’s the team's first World Cup final in 12 years. Read the rest and check out the lovely family photo at Politico
