Boehner, who speaks at the 27 minute mark, gets weepy. Like I've said before, I like Boehner's weepiness. I'm familiar with weepiness. I see it as a sign that he's all in, never mind whether he's right or wrong. People whose emotions are on the surface tend to be genuine. Although, a double standard exists. Pelosi couldn't get away with a consistent flow of tears.
