Obama Says Immigration Reform Needs Some Republican Cooperation

In Obama's joint press conference with Mexico's Calderon, Obama says Arizona's law leaves open the possibility of harassment of citizens. He says the Justice Department will report on this law shortly.
The Arizona law also expresses Americans' frustration that the federal government hasn't reformed immigration, he said.
Obama says the political challenge is that while the majority of democrats will support legislation, he doesn't have 60 votes in the Senate. Obama says he needs some republicans. "I need some help in order to get it done," he said. Read the transcript here.
