Congress Could Repeal DADT This Week

Here is the compromise to the amendment, which will be attached to defense spending bill: If the repeal is passed, it wouldn't be put into place until after the DoD and military complete a review, due on Robert Gates' desk Dec. 1, and only if military leaders say it doesn't effect readiness, cohesion and retention.
