Gates Responds to McCain on Afghanistan During Hearing

I don't get what McCain is all hyped up about. I get the plan. If I get it, you'd think McCain would surely get it. Of course withdrawal will be based on conditions on the ground. You have to set a goal. For some reason, I think genetics prohibits republicans from setting timetables on war. Bob Gates doesn't make a very good argument in this video, however. He must be very tired. Admiral Mike Mullen and Joe Biden make the better case.
