Watch McCain here. He opposes the 18 month timeline. McCain just doesn't get it. The timeline is the best part of the whole strategy because it tells Karzai and Afghanistan leaders to make it happen. Biden countered McCain really well. I think republicans just feel the need to always pick a fight with Obama for political purposes.
Also, NATO will send at least 5,000 troops to Afghanistan.
