Feinstein Proposes Insurance Rate Authority

Dianne Feinstein proposes a medical insurance rate authority that would oversee private insurers premium rates, a pretty good idea. I agree with Feinstein, that ultimately, healthcare must be nonprofit, especially given the recent threat by insurers that if reform passes, premiums will increase.
