Republicans came up with a bill that doesn't address preexisting conditions, would only cover 3 million additional people and costs a lot of money-$68 billion through 2019. What's the point? Talk about little bang for the buck.

Eric Cantor says the bill does address preexisting conditions. Andrea Mitchell counters. She also asks about the signs at the tea party rally. Cantor ought to be ashamed to have been part of the protest today. I listened to most of it. It was despicable.
