Senate Needs to Move on Cash for Clunkers

Ford said it had a 2% increase in sales for July, compared to last July, due to the Cash for Clunkers program. I'm betting the Senate will approve funding for the Cash for Clunkers. Why not? It's not new money, it's just redirecting money (that's already allocated in the stimulus) from one program to the Cash for Clunkers. If they don't, the program could end by Friday.
