Hillary Speaks on Terror Threat in Africa

Al Qaeda has had some setbacks, she said, but Al Qaeda is just part of a larger syndicate. Al Shabaab is the latest threat, particularly in the Horn of Africa, a geographic region made up of Somalia, Djibouti and Eritrea.

Corruption appears to be the main problem, which is why Obama spent time in Ghana highlighting what good government can get you--investment and trade:
