update: on npr mcgovern says: "my own conscience tells me now is the time to move." he says he hasn't talked to hillary yet but he will tell her: "she's waged a wonderful race" but in the best interests of the country and for her best interests, she should quit.

that's what i heard on npr minutes ago. mcgovern had been a hillary supporter, but he has in the past thrown some praise obama's way. he has said that his grandkids are obama supporters.
